You get a simple red / yellow / green verdict with details on any missing or overdue filings.

Form C-AR is the annual report Reg CF issuers must file within 120 days of their fiscal year end under 17 CFR § 227.202. Reporting continues each year until the issuer qualifies to exit — based on holder count, total assets, securities repurchase, or Exchange Act registration — and formally terminates via Form C-TR.

Form C-U is the final report Reg CF issuers are required to file under 17 CFR § 227.203 within five business days after the offering deadline to disclose total securities sold.
